When you make your choice, see if your first draft of the NHL 22 franchise model has any of these top prospects and steals available.

Shane Wright, Center (90 OVR)

Shane Wright, with high potential for the elite, is the best prospect in the NHL 22 draft in 2022. His total score of 90 in 2025/26 proves that he is worthy of being selected in this simulation.

Even when the Arizona Coyotes were 21 years old, Wright was still one of the best scorers in the league, with 92 slap shot accuracy, 94 slap shot power, 95 wrist shot accuracy, and 94 wrist shots. Shooting power. Not so much the core of the organization as a sniper, the center still has an excellent 93 passes and 96 passes.

Currently, Wright wears the captain badge for OHL’s Kingston Frontenacs and Canadian under-18 teams. In his first season for Frontenacs, the 2019/20 season, he scored 66 points in 58 games and performed well in scoring averages in the 2021/22 season. He scored in the first six games of the season. Scored 6 points.

Brad Lambert, Center (87 OVR)

Brad Lambert’s potential is only slightly smaller than Sean Wright. His high selection and quick use have enabled him to develop into an 87-point center at the beginning of the 2025/26 season.

Before you enter the ice hockey skills section, Lambert mostly scored 80 in his attributes. The 21-year-old player has the absolute highest score here, with 99 points, 99 points for splitting eyes, 99 points for passing and 99 points for possession.

Since 2019/20, Lambert, who has played men’s hockey in the top Finnish league Liiga, has been touted as one of the hottest talents in the 2022 NHL draft. In 46 games at JYP Jyväskylä last season, he scored 7 goals and provided 8 assists.

Nicholas Currie, Center/Left Wing (87 OVR)

As the fourth overall pick in the first round of the franchise model, Nicholas Curry is very focused on strength and speed. His practicality in the game far exceeded his 87 points in his third season.

The best scores for an Elite med potential two-way forward are his 94 physical examination, 94 aggressiveness, 92 strength and 95 sticks. Helping him in the 200-foot race, especially if deployed on the left wing, is Curry’s 90 acceleration, 90 agility and 90 speed ratings.

Kalle Bergfors, Left Wing (87 OVR)

There are not many elite Grider skaters in NHL 22, but Kalle Bergfors quickly made his case one of the best players, and quickly realized his Elite med potential, reaching 87 at the age of 21. The total score.

For Bergfors, the key is what he can do without hockey. His 96 defensive awareness, 95 blocks, 90 blocks, 95 aggressiveness, 98 physical examination and 95 strength make this left winger one of the best defensive players in the game.

Matthew Savoie, Center (86 OVR)

Although not at the same level as Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl, in the simulated franchise model, the Edmonton Oilers added another stud center by drafting Matthew Savoie and his Elite med potential fifth overall.

Like his captain, even in the early days of his career, Sava also has dexterous hands. Playmaker has 95 defenses, 95 hands and eyes, 96 passes and 96 possessions, and a very useful 93 stick check to help retrieve the puck.

After breaking into the Winnipeg Ice Department of the WHL in the 2019/20 season, Savoy entered the AJHL and USHL in the 2020/21 season and scored 38 points in 34 games for the Dubuque Saints. This season, he roared back on the ice and scored 15 points in the first nine games of the season.

Conor Geekie, Center (85 OVR)

Maintaining the top end of the ’22 level in the NHL 22, Conor Geekie can reach an overall rating of 85 in just three seasons, and the power forward’s overall rating will reach or exceed 90 in the next few years.

Geekie is 196 centimeters tall and weighs 103 kilograms. He makes full use of this frame with his 92 power, 91 stick ability, 93 slapping power and 91 wrist hitting power. Other key areas, such as his 81 blocks and 85 physical examinations need to be improved, but the right center does have an extraordinary 94-point discipline.

The Manitoba native joined Savoy on the Winnipeg ice line of the WHL. Last season, he scored 23 points in 24 games. Geekie also performed strongly in the 2021/22 season, scoring 8 points in the first nine games.

Silas Westgarth, Goaltender (72 OVR)

Although he was not eliminated until the sixth round of this franchise model, Silas Westgas was still the best goalkeeper prospect in the NHL 22 primary draft.

With the potential of Elite med, Westgarth is also a draft stealer, although it will take him several seasons to prepare for your AHL line. In any case, when he turns 23, the left glove webmaster should be able to compete for the crease in the NHL-especially if his 88 speed continues to improve.
